How does the organisation of your event work ?

Tell us about your project: seminar, meeting, conference or creative workshop… Share your needs via our form, by phone or email. We need to understand the goal and format of your event.

We prepare a tailored offer: based on your request, we suggest the room best suited to your needs, the desired layout (theatre, round tables, classroom…), and additional services (catering, audiovisual equipment, technical setup).

You confirm, and we take it from there: once the offer is approved, you receive the documents by email and pay the deposit to secure the date. Fast, simple and transparent.

We finalise the last details together. Need to see the room, change the layout or add a last-minute service? No problem. We fine-tune every detail so everything is ready on the day.

You enjoy your event. We welcome your guests, manage the setup and ensure everything runs smoothly. You can focus entirely on your conference or presentation.
