Contact us by email, phone, or via the online form. You describe your event (meeting, conference, workshop…), the date, preferred time slot, number of participants, and specific needs. We recommend booking large rooms at least 5 working days in advance. For smaller rooms, one day’s notice is usually sufficient.

We immediately check room availability and adjust the proposal if necessary: size, layout, equipment, additional hours, catering. You receive a finalized version ready for approval within 24 hours.

Once the offer is confirmed on your side, we send you the room rental contract. You sign it online and make the confirmation payment to secure the booking.

A few hours before your arrival, we prepare the room according to the requested setup (conference, seminar, workshop, classroom, cocktail, hackathon…) and install the specific equipment: screen, audio system, microphones.

On the day of the event, you are welcomed at reception. We guide you to the room and make sure everything you need is in place. We remain available for any logistical needs throughout the event.
Let’s talk budget (excluding VAT, as expected). Some rooms are available only for full-day rental. A half-day rental is calculated from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Non, malheureusement. Nous nous consacrons exclusivement aux événements professionnels et d’entreprise. Certes, nous aimons rassembler les gens, mais nous ne recevons pas d’événements privés.
Oui, nos salles Sundeck, Conference Hall et Creative Lab peuvent être louées en soirée et durant les week-ends. Nos plus petites salles, elles, ne sont pas disponibles à la réservation.
Non, nous ne pouvons pas accepter des prestataires externes pour chaque événement. Faire appel à un seul et unique traiteur a un gros avantage : nous maîtrisons les imprévus, délais, règles d’hygiène et la logistique.
Oui, bien sûr. Nous portons tout particulièrement une attention aux personnes ayant des restrictions alimentaires. N’hésitez pas à nous en faire part au moment de votre commande.
Nous savons que la pause déjeuner est essentielle ! Le déjeuner sera servi sous forme de buffet sous la véranda, avec vue sur le jardin et des mange-debout pour une ambiance décontractée.
