Each of the venues and rooms offered has standardized, modern equipment with a few options depending on your needs. Service is provided on the veranda, overlooking the garden, for a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. An outdoor service option in the garden is also available, weather permitting. And for those who appreciate fresh produce: vegetables from our own garden are sometimes featured on the menu.
Let’s talk budget (excluding VAT, as is customary). Some rooms can only be rented for a minimum of one day. A half-day rental is calculated from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm or from 1 pm to 5 pm.

Contact us by email, phone, or via the online form. Describe your event (meeting, conference, workshop, etc.), the date, preferred time slot, number of participants, and any specific requirements. We recommend booking 5 business days in advance for large rooms. For smaller rooms, you can book one day in advance.

We immediately check the venue’s availability and adjust the proposal as needed: size, layout, equipment, additional hours, catering. You will receive a finalized version ready for approval within 24 hours.

Once you have confirmed the offer, we will send you the room rental agreement. You sign it online and make the confirmation payment to definitively secure the booking.

A few hours before your arrival, we prepare the room according to the requested configuration (conference, seminar, workshop, class, cocktail, hackathon…) and we install the specific equipment: screen, audio system, microphones.

On the day of the event, you will be greeted at reception. We will escort you to the venue and ensure you have everything you need. We remain available should you require any logistical assistance throughout the event.

No, unfortunately. We focus exclusively on professional and corporate events. While we enjoy bringing people together, we do not host private events.
Not at all. It’s an option, not a requirement. You can absolutely rent a room without using our catering service.
No, we cannot accept external service providers for every event. Using a single caterer has a major advantage: we control unforeseen events, deadlines, hygiene regulations, and logistics.
No, the garden is included in the rental of any room. It cannot be rented separately.
We know that the lunch break is essential! Lunch will be served buffet-style under the veranda, overlooking the garden and with standing tables for a relaxed atmosphere.
