Factory Forty is officially recognised by the Belgian administration as a certified company service provider.

Between €30 and €90. It depends on the services included in your package. At Factory Forty, your registered office includes 3 hours of meeting room access in high-quality premises.

The only truly free option is to apply for a business address at your home. This is legal if your lease or co-ownership rules allow it. Your private address then becomes public.

The required documents are:

  • company statutes (downloadable via the BCE)
  • ID of the managing director
  • proof of residence (invoice less than 3 months old)
  • company number
  • VAT number
  • company bank account number

No. You can use our registered office service without occupying physical office space. This is ideal for remote or home-based companies that simply need a legal, professional business address.

On request by email, you can collect it outside normal hours at no extra cost, giving you more flexibility to manage your correspondence.

We only accept parcels that can be easily handled by one person. This means around 20 kg and 60 × 40 × 40 cm. Beyond this weight or size, we cannot accept the parcel. However, we can make an exception if you commit to picking it up the same day.

Yes. Although the service does not include a dedicated office, you can welcome clients in a professional setting by booking one of our meeting rooms.
