All our meeting rooms are available Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
Almost everything — as long as it’s professional: meeting, conference, workshop, teambuilding, team retreat, seminar, hackathon, board meeting, training, afterwork, show-room, exhibition, brainstorming, interview, casting etc
We focus exclusively on professional and corporate events. While we love bringing people together, we don’t host private celebrations.
Evening and weekend meetings or events can also be accommodated at Factory Forty
We’re happy to coordinate catering with our exclusive local partner — whether you need a light snack or a full lunch service.
Unfortunately, we don’t allow outside food or catering on site. We work exclusively with our trusted local partner to ensure quality, consistency, and a smooth experience for all our guests.
We know good food matters! Lunch will be a buffet under the veranda, with garden views and standing tables to keep things casual and comfortable.
We care deeply about sustainability. Factory Forty is designed with natural materials, green spaces, and eco-conscious choices at every step. We offer catering with a strong focus on sustainability — almost entirely zero waste.
It depends. Our two smallest rooms — Lighthouse and Library — can be booked by the hour or half-day. All other spaces are available for full-day rentals only.
