All our professional meeting rooms come fully equipped with air conditioning, free internet and the essential facilities included as standard. To keep your booking flexible, you can adjust the configuration of each room depending on your need: a TV, a flipchart, visual support or other accessories. Contact us by email, phone, or via the online form. You describe your event (meeting, conference, workshop…), the date, preferred time slot, number of participants, and specific needs. We recommend booking large rooms at least 5 working days in advance. For smaller rooms, one day’s notice is usually sufficient.

We immediately check room availability and adjust the proposal if necessary: size, layout, equipment, additional hours, catering. You receive a finalized version ready for approval within 24 hours.

Once the offer is confirmed on your side, we send you the room rental contract. You sign it online and make the confirmation payment to secure the booking.

A few hours before your arrival, we prepare the room according to the requested setup (conference, seminar, workshop, classroom, cocktail, hackathon…) and install the specific equipment: screen, audio system, microphones.

On the day of the event, you are welcomed at reception. We guide you to the room and make sure everything you need is in place. We remain available for any logistical needs throughout the event.
Let’s talk budget (excluding VAT, as expected). Some rooms are available only for full-day rental. A half-day rental is calculated from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Yes, our Sundeck, Conference Hall, and Creative Lab rooms can be rented in the evenings and on weekends. Our smaller rooms, however, are not available for booking during these times.
No, we cannot accept external service providers for every event. Working with a single, dedicated caterer has a major advantage: it allows us to fully control unforeseen issues, timelines, hygiene standards, and logistics.
Yes, of course. We pay particular attention to guests with dietary restrictions. Please do not hesitate to inform us of them at the time of your order.
