How does my conference booking work ?

Contact us by email, phone, or via the online form. You describe your event (meeting, conference, workshop…), the date, preferred time slot, number of participants, and specific needs. We recommend booking large rooms at least 5 working days in advance. For smaller rooms, one day’s notice is usually sufficient.

We immediately check room availability and adjust the proposal if necessary: size, layout, equipment, additional hours, catering. You receive a finalized version ready for approval within 24 hours.

Once the offer is confirmed on your side, we send you the room rental contract. You sign it online and make the confirmation payment to secure the booking.

A few hours before your arrival, we prepare the room according to the requested setup (conference, seminar, workshop, classroom, cocktail, hackathon…) and install the specific equipment: screen, audio system, microphones.

On the day of the event, you are welcomed at reception. We guide you to the room and make sure everything you need is in place. We remain available for any logistical needs throughout the event.

Conference rooms and event venue pricing

Let’s talk budget (excluding VAT, as expected). Some rooms are available only for full-day rental. A half-day rental is calculated from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

A large part of the furniture is second-hand or inherited from family. This deliberately vintage character is what makes this professional event venue so distinctive.

The Secret Garden features permaculture vegetable plots, a Japanese garden, a pond filled with beautiful aquatic plants, and a chicken coop with two roosters (they never miss a chance to join your meetings).

We offer a zero-waste catering service that is fresh and delicious, created by our partner chef.

We have implemented systems that respect the environment and the planet: returnable bottles, cleaning with natural products only, no chemical products in the garden, and the use of doggy bags to reduce waste.

We have 150 solar panels that supply us with electricity.

Ixelles Local Mission — New Ways of Matching

The Ixelles Local Mission, an organization dedicated to supporting employment and training in Brussels, chose our spaces to host a day unlike any other: rethinking recruitment from the ground up.

Supported by Actiris, the New Ways of Matching initiative had a clear goal: to bring recruiters together and give them hands-on experience with selection methods that are radically different from traditional processes. Gone are the days of relying solely on resumes and cover letters as screening tools: the day was structured around three workshops designed to reveal candidates’ interpersonal and soft skills in an informal and practical way.

Virtual Reality

Participants first explored virtual reality recruitment, an immersive approach that places candidates in simulated situations to observe their reactions in real time.

Lego Serious Play

They then discovered Lego Serious Play, a collaborative method in which building models with bricks serves as a tool for assessing soft skills and creativity.

Froebel’s Tower

The final activity offered was Froebel’s Tower, a workshop that used ropes and object manipulation to highlight group dynamics and interpersonal skills.

The day wrapped up with a cocktail reception, in an atmosphere that encouraged networking between recruiters and employment professionals.
